Silent Auction TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. **Bidding Process:**
– This silent auction is open to all participants.
– Bidders may submit their bids using the form.
2. **Winning Bids:**
– The highest bidder for each item will be declared the winner.
– Winning bids are binding and the winning bidders are obligated to complete the purchase.
3. **Non-Winning Bids:**
– Non-winning bids will be securely collected and documented.
– These bids may be shared with the HDD business for their records and potential follow-up regarding their product or service.
4. **Payment:**
– Payment for winning bids is due upon the conclusion of the auction.
– Admin will contact the winner for payment using the email address supplied. Proceeds will go to supertee.org.au and safeheart.org.au
5. **Item Descriptions:**
– Item descriptions and values are provided to the best of our knowledge.
– All items are sold “as is” without warranty, express or implied.
6. **Auction Closing:**
– The auction will close at 6pm on Sat, 2 December 2023, and no bids will be accepted after that time.
7. **Item Pickup/Delivery:**
– Winners are responsible for the pickup or delivery of their items as specified.
– Any associated costs for pickup or delivery are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
8. **Privacy Notice:**
– Bidders’ personal information will be kept confidential, but non-winning bid information may be shared with the HDD business for follow-up purposes.
9. **Dispute Resolution:**
– In the event of a dispute over a winning bid, the auction organizers will make the final decision.
